2. Services Overview

Orion Escapes provides curated astronomical tours for mature travellers, stargazing packages in remote observatories, luxury space-themed cruises, and educational workshops on cosmology. All Services are subject to availability and the specific conditions outlined for each package.

3. Booking and Payment

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount will be specified during the booking process.
• Final Payment: Full payment is due [Number] days prior to the departure date. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• By Customer:

Orion Escapes is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the client as a result of such cancellation (e.g., non-refundable flights).
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation penalties, medical expenses, and other potential losses.

5. Traveller Eligibility and Health

Our tours cater to mature travellers. Participants must be in good physical health and able to participate in all scheduled activities. Orion Escapes reserves the right to decline participation to any individual whose health or conduct may impede the welfare or enjoyment of other guests or staff. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Photography and Content Release

By participating in an Orion Escapes tour, you consent to Orion Escapes using photographs and video footage taken during the tour for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and brochures. If you prefer not to be included, please inform your tour guide at the beginning of your journey.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orion Escapes acts as an agent in arranging various services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Orion Escapes or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
